Robbins Property Associates (RPA) is a private real estate company that combines experienced and proven investment capabilities with a best-in-class team of real estate operations professionals.

Steve and Mitchell Robbins founded RPA in 2009 with the purchase of a single asset in Tampa, Florida. Shortly thereafter, Kristi King teamed up to run operations and together created a dynamic, vertically integrated multifamily owner-operator platform.

Over a decade, RPA-managed entities have purchased over 21,000 units ($2.5B total capitalization), have third-party managed 8,000 units, and have deployed over $750M of equity across six states.

RPA currently maintains $1.2B in assets under management, leveraging a vertically integrated platform with in-house expertise spanning acquisition, financing, property management, and construction management capabilities. RPA currently owns and operates a portfolio of over 5,500 units in Florida.

Headquartered in Tampa and Boston, RPA has 200+ professionals across Florida and Massachusetts. Our executive, investment, and operations teams have deep combined experience across multiple geographies and have executed a wide range of business plans including value-add/renovation, lease-up, ground-up development, condominium conversion/de-conversion, and portfolio acquisition/disposition.
