A Message from our Team

RPA was founded by seasoned professionals, brothers Mitchell Robbins and Steve Robbins, who have been in the apartment management industry since the early 1980s. Mitchell B. Robbins was a co-founder of Sawyer Realty Holdings LLC, a privately-held real estate company investment and management firm, specializing in multifamily housing, with over 80 properties, including 24,000 apartments, in six states along the eastern seaboard.

Steve Robbins is a seasoned Real Estate professional with over 25 years experience in leasing, acquisition and asset management. Steve was previously a partner with Sawyer Realty Holdings and was directly involved with the acquisition of over 15,000 apartment units on the East Coast and has extensive knowledge of the Florida market. He has been responsible for a full range of activities for over 3.2 million square feet of commercial property as well as asset management, acquisition, disposition and/or financing assignments for over 25,000 multi-family units.
