RPA seeks to acquire and manage well-located multifamily assets in high barrier-to-entry markets at prices below comparative replacement cost with the potential to enhance values through a combination of asset repositioning or improved professional management and cost control.
RPA targets multifamily properties in suburban and urban “in fill” markets including garden, mid-rise and high-rise properties. Our key metrics include: great school districts; positive corporate migration and consistent population growth; access to transportation and employment centers; proximity to entertainment and shopping; cultural hubs or destination centers (e.g., beaches, neighborhoods, sporting venues, universities).
Primarily focused in Florida, RPA has investment and operations experience in Texas, North Carolina, and South Carolina- and remains open to markets beyond Florida. We seek markets that provide economic opportunities and a high-quality of life for their residents.
