What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
We allow a variety of non-exotic animals. Regarding canines, we do have some restricted breeds. Please reach out to the office with questions regarding a particular type of pet.
How many pets may I have?
Legend Oaks Apartments has a two (2) pet, maximum per apartment policy.
Are there any deposits, special fees or monthly charges to have a pet?
Fees: Our community requires an upfront, non-refundable pet fee. This is based on weight. Pets 49lbs and under will have a $300 pet fee and those over 50lbs will have a $400 pet fee. There is a refundable $250 Pet Deposit. There is a $25 pet rent per month, per pet.
What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
Drivers license or state issued ID
What are the income and credit qualifications?
3x the monthly rent, good rental history, good credit and no felonies
What is acceptable proof of income to sign a lease?
What happens If I qualify for an apartment but my roommate does not?
Roommate would need a co-signer
Is my security deposit totally refundable?
It depends on the unit's condition after move-out.
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Military can break the lease with 30-days notice and proof of letter. (Anyone can break the lease with 30-days notice; however, early termination fees will apply.)
Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?

Do you accept leases for short terms?
Yes. The shortest term allowed is 7 months.
Am I required to have renters insurance?
No, we do not require you to obtain renters insurance. Our PropertyShield Program covers damage you may cause to your apartment and any other property we own in or around the apartment.

Yes, as long as you return it to the original color upon move-out.
