Steve and Mitchell Robbins started Robbins Property Associates with the purchase of its first asset in Tampa, Florida, in 2009 with the goal of creating a better living experience for residents. Shortly thereafter, the Robbins brothers teamed up with like-minded Kristi King to form a dynamic and diverse private real estate company which has grown into a market-leading value-add owner, operator, and General Partner.
