All applicants must qualify individually with income being combined per household.

Yes, pending no open balance or damages to the home. Refer to your Lease Agreement.
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Contact the Leasing Office or refer to your Lease Agreement for the Termination Policy and terms. Termination fees may apply.
Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
All residents will have an option at lease end to renew or sign a MTM lease. An additional fee may apply.
What utilities are included in my lease?

How long is the term of the lease?
Do you accept leases for short terms?
Yes 7-11 months are available. A premium lease charge may apply.
Am I required to have Renters Insurance?
Yes, contact the office or your Lease Agreement for policy details.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
No, but we can recommend companies to help meet your furnishing needs.
Do you offer corporate apartments?
No, but with short term leases that may be available and with help from a furnishing company, we would be happy to oblige and assist with your corporate housing needs.

When is my rent payment due?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
Yes, electronic payments must be set up on the property portal.
Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
No, there is not. Payments online using the Resident Portal are available 24/7.
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
Any visitor must register with the Leasing Office if they are staying 14 days or longer.
Do you have reserved Parking?
I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
Parking spaces are for automobiles & motorcycles.
My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
A satellite dish cannot be attached to the structure of the building and requires an additional deposit.

Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
Residents are allowed to paint interior walls of their apartment and must paint the walls back to the original color at move out to avoid charges.
