Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Month to Month lease are allowed at an additional fee per month. Refer to Lease agreement for MTM terms.
What utilities are included in my lease?

How long is the term of the lease?
Lease terms are from 7-15 months based on availability. Shorter than 12 month leases may require additional short term lease fees.
Do you accept leases for short terms?
7 month leases are allowed for additional fee.
Am I required to have renters insurance?
No, we do not require you to obtain renters insurance. Our PropertyShield Program covers damage you may cause to your apartment and any other property we own in or around the apartment.

Maintenance requests may be made to the management office by phone or in writing using the resident portal.
When is my rent payment due?
Rent payments are due in advance on the first of every month.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
No. We recommend that payments be made online using our convenient resident portal.
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?

Do you have reserved parking?
