Robbins/Elco Management acquires nine properties in Texas, bringing total in portfolio to over 16,000 units
Robbins/Elco Management, along with their equity partners, purchases and renovates apartment homes to meet the demands for upscale living environments in growing markets.
Tampa, FL January 25, 2016 - Robbins/Elco Management (REM) announces the purchase of nine apartment communities in Texas, bringing their total number of communities under ownership and management to 57, with 16,984 total units.
- Three properties in Houston were purchased, with a total of 694 units: Aurora Place, Vantage Point and The Landings at Steeplechase.
- Two properties in Fort Worth were purchased, with a total of 362 units: Lofton Place and the Retreat.
- Three communities in Dallas were purchased, with a total of 850 units: South Pointe, The Carling on Frankford and Heritage Park.
- One property in Katy, 268-unit Retreat at Cinco Ranch.
All properties will be fully renovated and upgraded with enhanced residences, upgraded amenities and modern clubhouses.
