How long is the term of the lease?
Lease terms are from 7-12 months based on availability. Shorter than 12 month leases may require additional short-term lease fees.

7-month leases are allowed for an additional fee.
Am I required to have Renters Insurance?
No, we do not require you to obtain renters insurance. Our PropertyShield Program covers damage you may cause to your apartment and any other property we own in or around the apartment.
