How long is the term of the lease?
We offer 7-13 month leases.
Do you accept leases for short terms?
7-month leases are allowed for an additional monthly fee.
Am I required to have Renters Insurance?
No, we do not require you to obtain renters insurance. Our PropertyShield Program covers damage you may cause to your apartment and any other property we own in or around the apartment.
