Pet Fees - We welcome up to 2 pets per household. We accept cats and dogs with no weight restrictions.
There is a $350 non-refundable fee for pets weighing less than 50 pounds and a $450 non-refundable fee for pets weighing more than 50 pounds. There is a $250 pet deposit in addition to the pet fee. Pet rent is $25/month for each pet residing in the home. Please contact the leasing office for complete pet policy details.

Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Month to Month leases are allowed at an additional fee per month. Refer to your Lease Agreement for MTM terms.
What utilities are included in my lease?

How long is the term of the lease?
Do you accept leases for short terms?
Yes, 7-11 months are considered short term leases and a fee of $75 will apply monthly.
Am I required to have Renters Insurance?
No, we do not require you to obtain renters insurance. Our PropertyShield Program covers damage you may cause to your apartment and any other property we own in or around the apartment.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

Any visitor must register with the Leasing Office if they are staying 14 days or longer.
Do you have reserved Parking?

Parking spaces are for automobiles & motorcycles.
My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
A satellite dish cannot be attached to the structure of the building and requires an additional deposit.
