What kind of pets do you allow?

No, but we do offer the above referenced termination option.
If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Call email the office to submit a service request or come by the office in person. If after hours, please contact Maintenance emergency.
When is my rent payment due?
By the 1st of each month
What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
After the 5th of the month

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
In our Rent Drop Box at the Management Office
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while. Is that permitted by the lease?
Guests staying longer than 14 days would be required to gain approval from the management office.

No
My children live with me in the summer. Do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
In the event that they would be staying longer than 14 days, we ask that you contact the management office to discuss your options.
Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
No
Do you have cable services?
No, but you are welcome to choose your own cable provider.
Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
Yes, with a signed liability waiver
